• We’re working with an established digital agency that is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join its growing development team.
• You’ll be joining a highly experienced technical environment and working within a client-focused delivery team, building and enhancing digital solutions for a broad portfolio of existing customers.
• This is a great opportunity for a developer who already has some commercial software development experience, enjoys working across the full stack and wants to continue developing within a supportive and technically strong team.
• The Role
• You’ll work on small-to-medium-sized projects across a range of client accounts, contributing throughout the development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include

• Developing full-stack web applications using C# and modern .NET technologies
• Building and integrating Web APIs
• Working with SQL Server and relational databases
• Front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Working with CMS platforms such as Umbraco and Xperience by Kentico
• Delivering new functionality and enhancements for existing client platforms
• Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code
• Taking part in code reviews and collaborative development
• Working with CI/CD and modern development practices
• Communicating with technical colleagues, project teams and clients
• Contributing to technical discussions and continually improving your development skills
• What We’re Looking For

We’re ideally looking for someone with

Commercial software development experience within a .NET environment

Strong C# and .NET fundamentals

Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web APIs

Good SQL Server knowledge

Front-end experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

A genuine interest in full-stack development

Strong communication skills

A strong academic or educational background

A stable career history and an interest in developing within a business long term

Experience working for a digital agency would be particularly valuable.

Experience with Umbraco or Xperience by Kentico would also be a major advantage, although strong developers without this experience will still be considered.

React experience is useful but is not an essential requirement.

Package

Salary of £35,000 to £45,000

Permanent position

Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Manchester office

Flexible office days

37.5-hour working week

Core hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm
