At Castleknock Hotels we have 2 restaurants and Banqueting facilities. Earth & Vine is our signature Restaurant and 22 Bar & Restaurant is our casual dining experience

This role will include very early starts or late finishes, it is desirable for applicants to have their own transport as the shifts do not align with public transport access times.

What the role is:

As Kitchen porter you will

• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment with a high volume covers
• Engage well within the team to provide support to the Chef team
• Have excellent HACCP knowledge
• Have the ability to adapt to change
• Work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required
• Be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks where required
• Be committed to the team and supporting your colleagues
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early/late shifts
