Landscaping Team Leader – Machinery & Fencing Experience

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading from the front and working hands-on with the team every day.
• Operating mini excavators, Bobcats, and other landscaping machinery.
• Setting out jobs, managing levels, and coordinating site preparation.
• Delivering quality landscaping works from start to finish.
• Keeping projects on track, maintaining productivity, and ensuring high standards.
• Managing day-to-day site activities and getting the best out of your crew.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional worksite.
• What We’re Looking For
• Solid landscaping experience and the ability to lead a team on-site.
• Confident machinery operation experience, including mini excavators and Bobcats.
• Relevant machinery license’s, tickets, or competencies for the equipment you’ll operate.
• A strong understanding of site set-out, levels and landscaping construction.
• A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of a job.
• A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality.
• A current driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Fencing experience is a big plus! If you know your way around fencing set-out, post positioning, measurements, and installation, you’ll be highly regarded.
