Lead Business Process Engineer (Telecom)

Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Lead Business Process Engineer to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will use the Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder) to define value and the TM Forum (TMF) framework to build out enterprise-wide processes within our BPMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Modeling: Define and map business capabilities using Business Model Canvas and eTOM/TMF standards.
• Process Engineering: Design and configure end-to-end workflows in BPMS for CRM, Billing, and Order Management.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with core BSS systems (Salesforce, Billing).
• Delivery Management: Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex telecom programs, ensuring technical architecture supports the business value proposition.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Telecom sector.
• Deep expertise in TM Forum (TMF) frameworks and BPMS configuration.
• Proven track record with BSS systems (Salesforce, CRM, Billing, Order Management).
• Strong command of Business Model Canvas / Osterwalder methodology.
