Leading the design and development of secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will manage software engineering activities across Payments, Money Movement, and Information Reporting platforms in a remote setting.

##### Key responsibilities

Oversee architecture, design, development, testing, releases, and production support for software engineering activities

Translate business requirements into technical solutions while providing architectural leadership and mentoring distributed teams

Drive delivery of cloud-native applications using AWS services and Infrastructure as Code practices

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience

5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering and architecture experience

Proven experience designing and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS

Strong expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices

Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Node.js
