Resolving lease-related issues, the full-time Lease Administration Analyst will manage settlement agreements, property damage claims, and utility reconciliations while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Resolve and negotiate Settlement Agreements related to cell site access issues and property damage claims

Address power outages, trespass claims, and risks associated with bankruptcies and foreclosures

Ensure compliance with lease rights and maintain effective communication with clients, landlords, and third parties

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and education

Up to 3 years of experience in lease administration or a related field

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word

Ability to adapt to frequent process changes and learn new procedures quickly

Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset for problem-solving
