Lease Administrator

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Lease Administrator to join our Property team and support our national restaurant portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in property/leasing by working with numbers, financial information and administration, and is looking to build their experience in property and commercial leasing.

About the Role

Working closely with our Property, Finance and Accounts Payable teams, you’ll help maintain accurate lease information and support the management of rental and other property costs.

Your responsibilities will include

• Maintaining accurate property and lease information.
• Reviewing rental invoices and assisting with payments.
• Supporting rent reviews, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Monitoring important lease dates and deadlines.
• Reviewing property outgoings and identifying discrepancies.
• Preparing monthly summaries and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Responding to queries from internal teams, landlords and managing agents.
• Supporting the broader Property team with administration and projects.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, comfortable with numbers and has excellent attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll have

• Some experience in administration, finance, accounts, property or a similar role
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in developing your knowledge of property and commercial leasing.
• * Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Property, Business or a related area would be advantageous
