The position is based at the Massey Institute at Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (MIAN), a Joint Education Institute established by Massey University and Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (NUFE) in 2021. Located on NUFE's Xianlin Campus in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, MIAN is Massey University's largest offshore teaching operation, delivering dual-award undergraduate business programmes in English.

Massey University is seeking exceptional Lecturers or Senior Lecturers to contribute to teaching, research, and academic citizenship within the School of Management and Marketing.

The successful applicant(s) will have a proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultural contexts and international environments, including within the international education sector. This role involves delivering face-to-face teaching into the Digital Business and Innovation major at NUFE, while also contributing to the school's broader teaching, research, and academic community.

To be successful in this role, you will bring

A completed PhD in Digital Business, Digital Innovation, Management, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated experience teaching and engaging learners in a tertiary education environment.

Expertise in digital business and innovation, with the ability to contribute to curriculum development and delivery.

Experience working effectively across diverse cultural contexts and international settings.

An emerging or established record of quality research and scholarly outputs.

Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to academic excellence and collegiality.
