About the role

The Legal Officer is responsible for the provision of legal services on a range of routine and moderately complex legal matters in the following areas:

Drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney;

Providing legal advice on probate matters and preparing probate documents;

Providing legal advice in respect of the administration of deceased estates and trusts.
