Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Tasks: Assist clients in water (i.e. pool). Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Provide companionship. Provide personal care. Experience with special needs children: Children with a physical disability. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Patience. Honesty. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Do you have the required certifications listed in the job posting?. Do you meet the language requirements listed in the job posting for the position (English or French)?. Experience: 5 years or more.
