Overview:

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Luxury Experience Ambassador to join our luxury retail team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a refined, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. As an Ambassador, you will support the daily operations of our store, ensuring each client receives outstanding service and hospitality at every touchpoint.

What Will Be YOUR Responsibility: (including but not limited to)

Greet and welcome clients, setting the tone for an elevated in-store experience.

Manage client appointments and coordinate schedules to support Sales Professionals.

Provide luxury sales support by assisting with customer inquiries, presentation preparation, and personalized service touches.

Oversee and coordinate the intake and servicing of luxury watch repairs, including liaising with in-house watchmakers and communicating estimates and timelines to clients.

Maintain and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure consistent, thoughtful follow-up with clients; generate and report client engagement data to senior leadership.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner across multiple communication channels (phone, email, in-person).

Maintain hospitality amenities and supplies to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Assist in planning and executing sophisticated in-store events and vendor-hosted gatherings.

Conduct regular tracking to ensure sales professionals' compliance with vendor-mandated training.

What Will Help Get YOU in the Door at Reeds (Qualifications):

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services strongly preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Impeccable organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Strong sense of initiative and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time as is typical of luxury retail environments.
