Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor

• Main duties include;
• maintaining the building, contractors and systems onsite to a high standard.
• ensuring the building complies with all Health & Safety regulations and requirements.
• supervises and manages maintenance activities across the premises.
• ensuring accommodation standards are upheld for both student and hotel guests during seasonal
• operations.
• co-ordinates and oversees contractors and maintenance work.
• plans and manages general upkeep including repairs, inspections and compliance checks.
• Contract type: 24 Months full-time
• 39 hours per week / Salary €36,605 annually
