Job Description
Landstone Construction Limited, located at 4 Broadmeadow House, Ashbourne, Co. Meath, A84 K409, is currently recruiting 1 Maintenance Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will work 39 hours per week at €25.00 per hour, with a gross annual salary of €50,700.
The main duties will include carrying out maintenance, repair and replacement of timber fixtures, fittings and structures; installing and repairing doors, frames, skirting boards, flooring and other joinery components; measuring, cutting, shaping and fitting timber and related materials; reading and interpreting drawings and specifications where required; identifying defects and carrying out necessary repairs; and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard of workmanship.
Applicants should have relevant experience in carpentry, joinery or building maintenance and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a construction and maintenance team.
