We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join us in a permanent role working with innovative manufacturing technology while helping build the future of renewable energy.

This is a unique chance to help stand up a new production facility from the ground up while working with cutting-edge manufacturing technology.

The Role

Based in Salisbury South, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring our manufacturing operations continue delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment performing at its best while supporting the ramp-up of our new facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair production machinery
• Replace and maintain mechanical components across production equipment
• Complete preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
• Work with the maintenance team to prioritise and schedule maintenance activities
• Monitor production lines and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance

Maintain accurate maintenance records through the scheduling system

Work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator to identify areas requiring attention

• Ensure work aligns with company quality, safety and behavioural standards
• What You’ll Bring
• Trade qualification as a Fitter, Fitter & Turner or Fitter/Machinist
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Forklift licence
• Experience in roll forming or manufacturing environments
• Scissor or boom lift licence
