Management Accountant (part time)

With responsibility spanning multiple entities and stakeholders, the role provides exceptional breadth for an experienced accountant looking to broaden their commercial and technical capability. From board-level reporting through to business partnering, project support and systems improvement, you'll gain visibility across a highly varied and complex operating environment.

The Role

Month end accounting procedures and monthly management and board reporting

Preparation of annual financial statements and ownership of audit and tax compliance

Annual budget and periodic forecasting, including analysis of actual results against these

Partnering with stakeholders across the business to achieve positive outcomes using your strong financial acumen

Ad-hoc analysis and modelling on specific projects, including scenario analysis

Using a continuous improvement mindset to improve systems and processes to maximise efficiency

Your Profile

Qualified CA/CPA with demonstrable commercial accounting experience

Exposure to annual accounts preparation and tax compliance

Prior experience leading budget and forecast processes

Exposure to ERPs, and strong Excel capability

Desire for a part time, permanent role across 4 or 5 days a week

Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand
