Manager Operations

• Process Management - Manage timely completion of operational processes and strict adherence to controls to maintain target service levels.
• Operational Governance - Reviewing process procedures periodically. Develop & implement comprehensive operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.

• Technical Oversight - Ensure technical quality, system or architecture decisions, and best practices in process are maintained. Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends.
• Project Management & Delivery - Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and monitor progress and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Continuous Process Improvement – Drive and track automation initiatives to streamline operations. Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities and execute the implementation.
• Audit & Governance - Lead technical responses to internal/external audits (e.g., PWC/SOX) and implement corrective actions. Maintain technical documentation, access logs, and change records for audit trails.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with business units, compliance, and security teams to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Risk & Compliance - Ensure systems adhere to financial regulations and RBC’s internal policies.
