Join a forward‑thinking global technology organisation that develops innovative and sustainable solutions for the aquaculture industry. With a strong commitment to R&D, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, this company offers the chance to work on world‑leading technology within a collaborative and values‑driven environment.

About the Company

Our client is a global leader in intelligent feeding and monitoring technology used in aquaculture environments. With more than 30 years of innovation, they design and manufacture advanced systems that help farmers optimise productivity, sustainability, and efficiency. Their Tasmanian manufacturing facility produces robust equipment designed for some of the harshest operating conditions worldwide.

Recently acquired by a major international aquaculture group, the organisation continues to operate independently while benefiting from global collaboration and investment in next‑generation technology.

Evaluate processes through knowledge of product design, assembly, tooling, and materials.

Develop and update manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

Monitor production performance, quality trends, and safety outcomes and implement corrective actions.

Train manufacturing staff to improve capability and reduce onboarding time.

You will succeed in this role if you bring:

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
