#### Manufacturing Technician

Skipton | Full-time

Mon-Fri, Late Shift, 1345-2215 hrs

Every second Friday off

Dechra are an established, global specialist within the world of veterinary pharmaceuticals. Our expertise is in the development, manufacture, marketing and sales of high-quality products exclusively for veterinarians worldwide.

We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our manufacturing team in Skipton and help us produce high-quality veterinary medicines that make a positive impact.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver our production plans safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll be involved in:

Operating, setting up, cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment

Following established processes and procedures to ensure product quality

Completing production documentation accurately and on time

Identifying and resolving issues, escalating where required

Maintaining excellent housekeeping, GMP and Health & Safety standards

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department

Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team

No two days are quite the same, and you'll be trusted to own your work while contributing to a culture of excellence.

#### What we're looking for

We're looking for enthusiastic team players who take pride in doing a great job. You'll be someone who:

Has a strong awareness of Health & Safety

Works accurately and follows procedures consistently

Communicates well with colleagues at all levels

Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems

Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn

Experience within manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceutical production or another regulated environment would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude and willingness to develop.
