Supporting marketing systems and campaign execution, the part-time Marketing Automation Specialist will manage HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, perform quality assurance, and prepare reports while working remotely on a freelance basis.

##### Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain HubSpot and Salesforce marketing automation workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and email programs

Perform quality assurance on automations, routing, segmentation, and campaign setup prior to launch

Build and execute campaigns, including email sends, nurture programs, and event follow-up

##### Required Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign operations

Hands-on expertise with HubSpot; Salesforce experience is a strong plus

Strong execution skills with the ability to manage details and meet deadlines

Analytical and process-minded with a keen eye for quality and consistency

Experience with reporting, dashboards, and operational documentation is strongly preferred
