Job Description

About us

Tahi brings together biodiversity regeneration, honey, skincare and ecotourism. Our Northland EcoLab and ecological retreat is at the heart of our mission: to support thriving ecosystems through a new model of commerce, with 100% of profits reinvested into biodiversity regeneration. Conservation, community, culture and commerce guide what we do.

About the role

Reporting to the Brand and Digital Manager, you will help keep marketing operations organised, accurate and running smoothly across Tahi's portfolio. You will work closely with our Auckland marketing team and our Northland ecotourism team to turn marketing plans into action, publish content on time and deliver professional customer communications. This is a coordination and administration role with variety, practical experience and a strong connection to Tahi's conservation mission.

What you'll do

Update websites, landing pages and product information, maintain digital asset libraries and coordinate changes with designers, developers and agencies.

Build and schedule email campaigns, maintain databases and support digital campaign tracking and reporting.

Maintain social media calendars, publish approved content, coordinate creative assets and monitor engagement.

Respond professionally to customer enquiries, support order and delivery queries, returns and refunds, and coordinate visitor enquiries with the ecotourism team.

Help organise events, including invitations, RSVPs, suppliers, run sheets, collateral and follow-up communications.

Support product launches, conservation storytelling, community initiatives and ecotourism promotions across Tahi's portfolio.

Keep marketing calendars, project trackers, supplier paperwork and administrative systems accurate and up to date.

About you

You are organised, detail-focused and keen to build practical marketing experience. You enjoy working with people, keeping track of moving parts and making sure the small details are right.

You’ll bring

A relevant tertiary qualification.

Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Confidence using digital tools and an interest in websites, email marketing and social media.

The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and keep records accurate.

A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from colleagues and external partners.

An interest in conservation, biodiversity and purpose-led brands.

Availability to work in Auckland and travel to Pātaua North, Northland.

* A drivers licence is essential.

As an entry-level role, this could suit someone starting their marketing career or bringing transferable coordination, administration & digital experience.

Why Tahi?

Bring your organisational skills to a role that connects marketing with a meaningful conservation mission. You’ll contribute across consumer brands and visitor experiences, working alongside marketing and ecotourism colleagues on a diverse mix of day-to-day activities.
