Supporting campaign performance and tracking student enrolment conversion.

Coordinating the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and digital assets.

Supervising and developing a small marketing team of contractors, including appraisals and training needs.

Acting as a point of contact for creative agencies, media partners, and external suppliers, including overseeing the ordering and management of NCG merchandise.

Responsibilities

Preparing accurate and timely performance reports and analytics dashboards.

Monitoring and improving lead generation funnel and conversion strategies.

Supporting the annual marketing budget process and campaign cost management.

Assisting in the development of marketing strategies that align with organisational growth goals.

Providing continuous market insights and competitor analysis to aid decision-making.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Proven experience as a Marketing Lead, Senior Marketing Executive, or in a supervisory marketing role.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for brand consistency and detail.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Strategy).

Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, and email marketing tools.

Experience with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and design software (e.g., Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a small team.
