Marketing Specialist (Spanish Speaking) | 6-Month Contract

Salary: €50k - €60k

Location: Hybrid, Dublin

Contract: 6 Months Initially (Potential to extend)

Cpl Marketing is delighted to partner with a leading global organisation to recruit a Spanish-Speaking Marketing Operations Specialist for an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with strong operational, campaign management, and reporting experience to support a high-performing marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in marketing operations, event support, campaign execution, lead management, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and operational activities

Manage and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and lead management processes.

Support communications and campaign coordination with internal sales and marketing teams.

Assist with event planning, logistics, attendee management, and post-event reporting.

Create and distribute monthly newsletters and internal communications.

Develop marketing assets and presentations using Canva and other marketing tools.

Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce and reporting tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Support campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years' experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Coordination, or a similar role.

Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, lead management, and campaign support.

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, communications, and events.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and performance data.

Experience using Canva and other marketing tools to create marketing collateral.

Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

Desirable

Experience supporting regional or EMEA marketing teams.

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
