If you’re someone DYNAMIC looking for your next career move, I’ve got a very cool opportunity. We are looking for our next Mechanical fitter for the Auckland Region and need someone that can own their space.

Allwest Engineering Limited is an Electrical/Mechanical business with branches in Auckland, Canterbury, Northland and Waikato and a reputation for quality and excellence.

Fun, energy and a willingness to learn is part of the deal. You’ll be a connector but also a person who focuses on results. To be clear, that means you are hard working and skilled 😊

Your role comes with a strong remuneration package made up of an hourly wage between $40-$55/h, plus all the goodies that make life awesome (phone, vehicle, petrol card, uniform, laughter and BBQ’s with some top roosters 😊).

Our processes are tried and tested, so you’ll have no trouble fitting in and succeeding as long as you bring the right attitude and skill set.

Here’s what we need from you

#    Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.

We’ve found the key to your success in our world is “fit” with our company values. Most businesses talk values, but it’s all talk. We walk the talk.

You’ll possess a strong sense of self-confidence (but in a humble and modest way😊) meaning you are sure of your ability to succeed.

You bring energy, relentless positivity and an above the line attitude to work every day. In other words, no excuses and total accountability for your results.

You connect quickly with people, are fun to hang out with and you make everyone around you feel good about their experience with you – most importantly your teammates!
