As an individual, we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy and vibrant team, who is able to prioritise their workload, and can remain calm under pressure.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience in dealing with service users and telephone experience is essential. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills. You will need secretarial/administration experience. You will need to enjoy the challenge of working as part of a busy team yet have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department and Neurology service.

As a Team we are encouraging of personal and professional development, full training and support would be provided to help you learn and develop within this role.

Working Pattern: 22.5 hours over 3 days (to be agreed) - 09:00 - 17:00 hours
