The opportunity:

We are looking for someone with lending//banking experience to join our small team and work from an existing client base of over 3,000 clients.

Job Description

This is a key operational and analytical role at the heart of the business. You will be responsible for taking the financial information collected by our finance advisers, analysing it against bank lending criteria, and preparing comprehensive loan applications for submission. You will then manage our end-to-end processing workflows, communicating directly with the adviser, bank lenders, and clients. Once a finance offer is received, you will coordinate the next steps and follow up with all key stakeholders through to settlement. Experience in the mortgage advisory or banking sector is essential.

Experience in the mortgage advisory or banking sector is very important and will stand you in good stead for this role.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
