You won’t need to worry about sourcing your own clients, marketing, finding office space, or handling the usual overhead.

At Spring Financial, we provide a steady stream of qualified leads every month, with over 90,000 Canadians applying for financial products through our platform. A strong performer can expect to close 30–60 deals in their first year with us.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving and processing inbound mortgage applications
• Calling clients, collecting documents and guiding them through the process
• Organizing files, documents and preparing contracts
• Liaising with lenders, lawyers, appraisers

What You Should Already Have

• Licensed or actively enrolled in a licensing course to offer mortgages in BC (BCFSA), Ontario (FSRAO) or Alberta (RECA)
• Work ethic aligning with our fast-paced, growing office
• Learning attitude to absorb the knowledge and expertise of your mentors

Compensation

• New brokers will receive a salary during their probation period while being mentored by an experienced broker team. A minimum wage is guaranteed monthly if commissions do not exceed this amount.
• This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
