Job Description
To support the National Accounts team, the full-time remote National Account Coordinator will manage the order process for national accounts, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction with EquipmentShare's services.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
Grow the existing customer base by educating clients on EquipmentShare's offerings and benefits
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction
##### Required qualifications
3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
