Job Description
To support a growing National Accounts team, the full-time remote National Account Coordinator will manage the order process for national accounts, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction with EquipmentShare's services.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts
Grow the existing customer base by building relationships and educating customers on operational efficiencies
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely handling of national account orders
##### Required qualifications
3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
