Qualifications

•2 months of experience.
•WORKERS MUST HAVE 2 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN NURSERY WORK. APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO FURNISH JOB REFERENCES ESTABLISHING ACCEPTABLE PRIOR EXPERIENCE. WORKERS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. Given that the demands of agricultural production are unpredictable and driven by factors such as weather, crop conditions, market demands, and numerous other factors, it is impossible to predict with any degree of accuracy how many hours per day or per week a worker will work or what percentage of time will be dedicated to specific tasks. Workers may be requested to work on their Sabbath or Federal holidays, but are not required to do so. Due to the unpredictable nature of agricultural work, workers may be offered more or less hours than the estimated hours per day and more or less hours than the estimated hours per week.
