**About the role:**

• Deliver functional assessments and evidence-based therapy across the lifespan
• Support a mixed NDIS, Medicare and private caseload
• Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications
• Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Social Workers and Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Shape your caseload around your clinical interests
• Work within a sustainable **5 billable hour per day model**
• Manage a localised caseload (within 40 minutes of home)

**About you:**

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• A thoughtful, collaborative and person-centred approach
• A growth mindset and passion for delivering meaningful outcomes
