Do you have a can do approach, enjoy taking action, coordinating projects, supporting people, solving problems and making things happen?
If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to join our Through Age Occupational Therapy Service.
Our Occupational Therapists are experts in helping people live safer, more independent and meaningful lives. As our service continues to develop, we are looking for a Team Coordinator to provide the organisational, operational and project support needed to drive service improvement.

Another day you could be facilitating improvement projects, developing processes, supporting staff or working with colleagues across Targeted Short Term Services (TSTS) to improve how services work together.
This is a highly visible role with genuine influence and the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to Occupational Therapy services in Ceredigion.
