**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the hub of our roofing operations scheduling and sales reporting. Ensuring jobs are scheduled, booked and organised to run smoothly, supporting both our customers and on-site teams.
You’ll play an essential part in planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and communication between departments, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and administer roofing operations
- Schedule, track, and monitor progress to ensure projects meet contractual obligations and KPIs
- Communicate effectively with roofing teams, contractors, sales teams, suppliers, and customers
- Maintain accurate project, financial, operational, sales and health & safety records and reports when needed
- Support the company’s health and safety initiatives
- Assist with general administrative duties including sales reporting, scanning, purchase ordering and other process mapping
**About You**
You’ll be organised, proactive, and great at balancing multiple tasks. You know how to communicate effectively, keep operations running smoothly, and take pride in delivering accurate and timely work.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Office administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proven communication, customer and relationship skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement
Preferred
- Experience and knowledge of the roofing, sales and/or construction sector
- Project management, scheduling, programming experience
