Operations Manager, Studio Management

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager, Studio Management to join the Netflix team! An ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall efficiency of our studio operations.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations and teams, with knowledge of the industry's best practices. We're seeking someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry, understands the latest trends and technology, and can think outside the box to provide innovative solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong technical and business acumen.
