Operations / Sales Manager

Edwards & Hardy Roofing is looking for a motivated Operations/Sales Manager to lead our Dunedin branch. This is a hands-on leadership role in a small but growing team, combining staff management with roofing sales.

We specialise in roofing services and spray-applied roofing solutions, delivering quality workmanship and reliable service to residential and commercial clients.

The Role

As Operations/Sales Manager you will

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Dunedin branch
• Lead and support a small team of installers & salespeople
• Meet with customers and deliver new roofing sales opportunities
• Follow up leads
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and builders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in roofing, construction, or building trades an advantage
• Proven sales ability and confidence dealing with customers
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive branch growth
• Full NZ driver’s license
