To enhance organizational processes, the full-time remote Oracle ERP Manager will provide strategic leadership for the ERP team, oversee the Oracle ERP functional lifecycle, and manage the recruitment and development of senior business analysts across various modules.

##### Key responsibilities

Oversee the entire Oracle ERP functional and development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while creating and maintaining a clear roadmap

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion applications and provide ongoing support as needed

##### Required qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

10+ years of experience in managing Oracle ERP Systems with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

4+ years of experience in implementing and/or managing Oracle Fusion environments with a deep understanding of various modules

Oracle certifications (Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) or equivalent experience preferred

Experience with data migration, system integration, and customization with Oracle Fusion
