PA to Deputy Principals
Job Description
Term time only – Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
Macleans College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our administration team. The successful candidate will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to four Deputy Principals and assist with the day-to-day running of the College.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and Google Sites is required. Previous school experience and familiarity with school management systems such as Kamar would be an advantage.
Position details:
Commencing as soon as possible (or by arrangement).
Pay as per the Support Staff Schools Collective Agreement for Administration Staff: Grade 4, Step 13 depending on experience.
