Design and develop innovative packaging solutions for high-performance processors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs meet product requirements and specifications.

Utilize your expertise in package layout design to create efficient and effective designs.

Analyze and troubleshoot any issues with package layout, and provide solutions to improve performance and reliability.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology and incorporate them into designs.

Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Continuously improve and optimize packaging designs to enhance product performance and reduce costs.

Communicate and present packaging designs and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve overall product quality.

Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their skills in package layout design.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality packaging materials.

Maintain accurate documentation of all package layouts and designs.

Contribute to the development and implementation of packaging design processes and procedures.

Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within set deadlines.

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for new packaging solutions.

Maintain a strong understanding of AMD’s products and market trends to ensure packaging designs meet customer demands.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve packaging designs and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, while performing job duties.

Represent AMD as a packaging expert at industry events and conferences.
