What You'll Do

• Deliver Great Customer Experiences
• Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
• Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesMaintain Store Standards
• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
• Keep the store clean, organised and customer-readySupport Daily Store Operations
• Process transactions accurately through POS systems
• Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
• Support product launches and peak trading periods

- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods

- Mandarin or additional language skills are highly regarded, but no essential.

Part-Time Availability Requirements

• This is a permanent part-time position.
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.
• Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.
• Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.
• Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
• Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
• Highpoint store requirements: Mondays, Thursdays and at least one weekend day
