Develop and maintain relationships with top partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with business goals and drive partner success.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.

Create and manage partner onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration with Stripe's platform.

Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise with partners, working closely with the Partner Success team to find solutions.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stripe's products and services, as well as the broader payments industry, to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.

Proactively seek out new partnership opportunities and negotiate favorable terms for both parties.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing strategies and campaigns to drive partner and customer acquisition.

Continuously analyze and evaluate partner programs and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
