Job Description
Owning the regional partnerships strategy and execution, the full-time Partnerships Manager will recruit and manage partner relationships across North America, driving commercial outcomes and enhancing partner experiences in a fully remote environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Define and execute the regional partnerships strategy, managing the full lifecycle of partner relationships
Identify and sign partners that enhance product-market fit and drive new business revenue
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partner success
##### Required qualifications
Proven track record in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of the European payments ecosystem
Able to operate at both executive and tactical levels
Experience thriving in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Commercially driven with a product-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence
