Providing exceptional support, the full-time Associate Patient Call Representative will manage inbound and outbound patient calls, assist with inquiries, process payments, and ensure timely follow-up on issues in a customer-focused environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing one-call resolution whenever possible

Follow up on patient inquiries requiring escalation and respond to voicemails within 24 hours

Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and verify insurance and demographic information

##### Required qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Strong customer service experience preferred

A/R, billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience preferred

Healthcare experience preferred

Bilingual preferred
