People Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and creative People Analyst to join our growing team at Robinhood. As a People Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our people data and providing insights to inform our People strategy. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact on our company culture and the success of our team.The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in data analysis, with an understanding of HR metrics and analytics from a people perspective.
