The Opportunity
Elizabeth Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team on a part-time basis.
As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and support to residents
Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities
Complete accurate care documentation and reporting
Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements
Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team
Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
A compassionate, patient, resident‑focused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk
Availability for afternoon and morning shifts

Key Requirements:
Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Proof of Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses) and Annual Flu Vaccine are highly encouraged
