Phone Sales Representative

**Duties**

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm leads and marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively by demonstrating product value and addressing customer objections
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new prospects and refine outreach strategies
• Follow up with leads regularly through outbound calling efforts to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales preferred; strong background in B2B sales is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of technical products or services related to technology sales is advantageous
• Customer service orientation combined with proactive business development skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
