Planning and Business Development Manager

This successful candidates will be responsible for shaping future services and driving transformational change across the Trust.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who can build effective relationships, influence stakeholders and work confidently across a complex organisation.

Focused on improving healthcare services, you will develop robust, evidence-based proposals, support investment decisions and work collaboratively with clinical, operational and corporate teams to deliver better outcomes for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities include

Leading a diverse portfolio of projects from concept, through approvals and onward to implementation, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Working with both internal and external stakeholders across clinical, operational and corporate services to develop and deliver service improvements.

Providing expert advice, challenge and support to senior leaders and external partners.

Developing financially robust, evidence-based proposals that align with organisational priorities and improve patient outcomes and experience.
