As a full-time Platform Integrity Lead, the successful candidate will manage the incident management process for Spotify's Ads business, ensuring effective resolution of ad serving issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect revenue and enhance client relationships.

##### Key responsibilities

Own and evolve the incident management process to ensure fast and coordinated resolution across the Ads business

Act as the central coordination point among various teams, including Ads R&D, Sales, and Marketing, during incidents

Identify trends in ad serving issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive long-term solutions

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of experience in ad operations, product operations, or sales systems within a digital advertising environment

3+ years of experience with programmatic advertising or technical ad systems

Strong understanding of ad serving, measurement, billing, and order management systems

Experience in building and improving operational processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira or CRM systems
