Practice Educator
Job Description
The postholder will support the delivery of high-quality practice learning by developing and supporting practice supervisors and assessors, in line with the NMC Standards for Education and Training, providing guidance and pastoral support for students, and promoting positive learning environments.
The role works closely with clinical teams, education providers and external partners to develop placement capacity, monitor and enhance placement quality, and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Responsibilities also include contributing to student recruitment, curriculum development, quality assurance activities, partnership working, and the promotion of evidence-based practice, clinical governance and continuous professional development.
