We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives on variety, enjoys working independently, and is confident making clinical decisions while being supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

This is an opportunity to use your assessment, triage and patient management skills in an innovative healthcare environment, without the pressures of face-to-face clinic work.

About the role

No two days are the same in our telehealth environment. You'll:

• Deliver virtual nurse consultations to patients across New Zealand

• Run expanding nurse led clinics covering Sexual Health, UTIs, Sick Notes, Emergency Contraception, coughs & colds.

• Undertake clinical assessment, triage, advice and follow-up care

• Manage patient enquiries, results, correspondence and clinical inboxes

• Support GPs with delegated clinical tasks

• Escalate appropriately and collaborate closely with colleagues when needed

• Contribute to the ongoing development of nurse-led services and initiatives

While you'll work autonomously, you'll be backed by an experienced Nurse Lead, supportive GP team, and highly connected nursing colleagues.

What we're looking for

We're interested in experienced nurses from a range of backgrounds, including:

• General Practice
• Emergency Department
• Urgent Care
• After-hours services
• Telehealth
• Community or specialist nursing roles
• Most importantly, you'll be:
• A confident and independent clinician with a current APC
• Comfortable assessing, prioritising and managing your own workload
• Able to make sound clinical decisions within your scope of practice
• Experienced in managing patients with minimal supervision
• Skilled at recognising clinical risk and knowing when to escalate
• An excellent communicator who builds rapport quickly with patients
• Comfortable with technology and working in a virtual environment
• Committed to delivering equitable, patient-centred care
