Primary Care Nurse
Job Description
Work with the oversight of a band 6 nurse to oversee the provision of day to day healthcare services as required.
Ensure nursing practice is fully reflected in the use of the Trust electronic record system.
Attend emergency situations and appropriately use the NEWS 2 assessment tool.
Administer medication.
Screen all new receptions, transfers and releases.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
Be able to work in a fast paced complex environment. Please note this post is subject to security vetting. To be considered for this post you will need to have continuously resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to this application and be able to evidence your years of residency.
