Principal Technical Program Manager, Identity

Lead the development and delivery of identity solutions for Atlassian.

Manage the overall program strategy, including defining project goals and objectives.

Oversee and coordinate the work of the Identity team, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.

Drive the execution of the program, closely monitoring progress and addressing any issues or roadblocks.

Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in identity management.

Communicate with cross-functional teams to align on project priorities and deliverables.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.

Review and approve project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Continuously track and report on program performance metrics.
